These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Prop-Dash ("Prop-Dash," "we," "us," or "our"), a deal-management platform for real estate wholesaling and creative-finance businesses. By creating an account or using Prop-Dash, you agree to these Terms.
PropDash provides tools to track real estate leads, deals, buyers, and closings, including optional integration with GoHighLevel ("GHL") for syncing contacts, pipelines, and sending SMS/email communications through your own GHL sub-account.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for all activity under your account, including team members you invite. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described at signup. Payments may be processed through Stripe or through payment links configured in your own GHL sub-account. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as we otherwise state in writing.
If you connect a GoHighLevel sub-account, PropDash may read and write data to that account (contacts, pipelines, conversations, phone numbers) on your behalf, using access you explicitly grant. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws when sending SMS, email, or making calls through GHL, including obtaining any required consent from recipients (e.g. under the TCPA and similar laws). PropDash is not a party to your relationship with GoHighLevel and is not responsible for GHL's availability, pricing, or its own terms of service.
You agree not to use PropDash to send unlawful, harassing, or unsolicited communications, to misrepresent your identity, to upload data you don't have the right to share, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.
You retain ownership of the property, lead, buyer, and deal data you upload or sync into PropDash. You grant us a license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the service to you. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data.
You may stop using PropDash and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive on unpaid plans for an extended period.
PropDash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including issues caused by third-party integrations like GoHighLevel. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PropDash after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
