1. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email, phone, and role, provided when you or your team creates an account.
• Deal and property data: property addresses, financial terms, deal status, documents, and notes you or your team enter.
• Lead, buyer, and seller contact data: names, phone numbers, emails, and message history -- either entered directly or synced from your connected GoHighLevel sub-account.
• Communications sent through the platform: SMS, email, and call logs associated with your GHL sub-account.
• Usage data: log data such as pages visited and actions taken, used to operate and improve the service.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to operate PropDash, provide the features you use (deal tracking, messaging, lender matching, reporting), sync data with your connected third-party accounts, send you service-related notifications, and improve the product. We do not sell your data.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We share data with the following providers solely to deliver the service:

• GoHighLevel -- if you connect a sub-account, we read and write contact, pipeline, and conversation data to send/receive SMS, email, and sync leads and deals.
• Supabase -- our database and authentication provider, which hosts your account and deal data.
• Stripe and/or GoHighLevel payment links -- used to process subscription payments.
• Resend -- used to send transactional emails from PropDash (invites, notifications).
• Google Maps -- used to fetch property street-view images and address data.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms; we only share what's necessary for them to perform their function for you.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we'll delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain it for legal or accounting reasons.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, access controls, row-level security on our database) to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.

6. Your Choices

You can access, update, or request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us. If you connected a GHL sub-account, you can disconnect it from Settings at any time.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences like your theme. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

PropDash is a business tool and is not directed at or intended for use by children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above.
